1. Ritual Structure (90 Minutes)

Segment Time Description
Arrival Ritual 10 mins Music plays. Cameras off. All enter silently. Screen displays: “There is something inside you waiting to be known again.”
Opening Invocation 10 mins Read aloud or pre-recorded. Delivered poetically. No logistics. Tone-setting only.
Offering of Presence 20 mins Each person answers:

“What part of you longs to be witnessed here?”

“What is the truth you’ve been carrying alone?”

They write in silence. No sharing yet. | | First Circle of Meaning (Breakouts) | 20 mins | 3-person breakouts. Prompts:

“What called you here?”

“What do you think your role might be in the Council?”

“What are you afraid might be revealed?” | | Return & Resonance | 10 mins | Each person speaks one line aloud:

“The voice in me says…” | | Closing | 10 mins | Spoken closer:

“The Call is not something we hear. It is something we answer. Welcome to the Council.”

Then the prompt:

“Bring something sacred next week. You won’t be told why.” |
